With 13+ years of experience in the music industry & starting my career as an artist, I have held roles as an artist manager for 4+ years, an A&R at a leading music publishing company for 4 years, and most recently as a label A&R for the last 5 years where I built my own department.

Our Why

The music business has always been built on mentorship but historically only those with family ties or connections had access. I was lucky enough to be mentored by some of the best in the industry, and I succeeded because of it. Now I’m building a way to share that access with others.
